With this dedication, we guarantee delivery to your doorstep on the very next business day. We currently only ship to The Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping is always free for orders delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@swervegear.nl within 30 days of receipt. We'll respond within one business day to find the best solution for you.
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without notice. Following cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. Upon return, you'll be refunded the full order amount, including the product cost. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Returned items must be in their original condition, packaging, and include all supplied accessories. We reserve the right to assess any depreciation in value if the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try the product.

For returned goods meeting the stipulated conditions, we'll refund the amount paid for the goods within seven working days of receiving the return. In case you wish to exchange an item for one in stock, contact us at info@swervegear.nl before returning the product.
